Role Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional support experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers by delivering exceptional support experiences.
  • Work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
