Job Description
As a Chat Specialist, you will interact with customers across phone, email, and chat, delivering expert assistance with an emphasis on luxury service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and professionally communicating with customers through various channels to maintain the high-touch arenaflex experience.
- Providing expert knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry, promoting products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Assisting with custom orders and offering personalized service tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Identifying the root cause of inquiries and proactively offering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Handling complex customer service challenges with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or call centers.
- High School Diploma or GED required; GIA certification or willingness to pursue it is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Luxury goods experience or fine jewelry knowledge is highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating CRM software.

Compensation and Perks
