Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Helping customers with their sales questions, including financing options and product recommendations
- Collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality, guaranteeing customer satisfaction on every call
- Providing product solutions and performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to ensure call resolution in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to patiently listen to, understand, and address complex customer issues
- Strong people skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with customers
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
