Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker - Part Time, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and driving sales growth in our Westfield, IN branch. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations to meet their objectives. Your expertise in customer service, sales, and relationship management will be essential in driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently

  • Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
