What will your typical day look like?

Architect manager works within architecture team on Ascend platform architecture and design. In their role, this individual will engage with MF and Global Technology (DTech/ITS) teams to architect product capabilities to ensure the global platform meets member firm business needs. The architect manager also collaborates with technical teams on integration framework to enable integration with other Deloitte assets, tools, and 3rd party solutions with the platform. With deep technical and hands on architecture experience in cloud and containerization-based architectures, AI and LLMs, and Agentic AI, the architect will shape the architecture and design of the platform that meets current and future business needs.

  • Works with the lead Global Platform Architect for the Ascend Integration Gateway
  • Engage with US platform and engineering foundations team, technical product, and platform architecture teams on architecture and design choices including assessment of 3rd party products and services.
  • Engage with MF technical SMEs to understand MF specific requirements to ensure platform adheres to MF data privacy, regulatory, and client needs.
  • Collaborates with platform architecture team to shape the future evolution of platform design that meets MF globalization needs
  • As a technical SME, proactively engages with engineering teams to provide technical oversight that aligns with architecture principles and design
  • Engages with DTech on architecture reviews and global technology standards to ensure platform conforms to published standards; engages with Cyber, MF ITS, and other cross-functional stakeholders during the SSDLC phase as required.

  • Proficient and hands-on experience in architecting and designing enterprise platforms on dominant cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience in designing AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Agentic AI Orchestration – Langchain and LangGraph, AutoGen, Azure CoPilot, ReAct/Angular, RAG, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, Python AI libraries
  • Experience in integrating with one or more data analytics and Business Intelligence platforms - MS Fabric, Snowflake, DataBricks, CosmosDB, Vector DBs, Graph DBs, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau
  • API/Integration Services - Azure Integration Services, iPaaS, REST/SOAP, GraphQL Federation
  • DevOps Tools- CI/CD pipeline orchestration, AI/ML OPs, GitHub, Azure Monitor, IAAS, SIEM
  • Experience in SDLC Methodology - SAFe, Agile
  • Programming Languages/IDE - .Net, C++, C#, JS, Python, React/Angular framework, AI assisted programming such as Cursor
  • Architecture frameworks - Cloud Native (12/15 - Factor) methodology, Kubernetes, microservices, even-driven architecture design, and security frameworks (ADLS, IAM)
  • Engage with teams and stakeholders across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
