Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering process. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
