Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing employee issues and conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Performance Management: Support the performance review process, helping managers set goals and provide feedback, and assisting with the development and implementation of performance improvement plans. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
