Key Responsibilities As a Night Shift Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Providing high-quality customer support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer issues. * Collaborating closely with the Tier 2 and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues. * Analyzing and escalating complex cases to ensure fast and effective resolutions. * Maintaining and improving key support metrics (CSAT, FRT, ART, RT, etc.). * Continuously developing product knowledge and staying up to date with new features. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3-5 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on technical support. * Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and address customer concerns. * Strong technical aptitude, with experience in testing a plus. * Excellent communication skills for building positive customer relationships. * Highly organized and accountable, with strong time management skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Knowledge of industry-standard support tools and software. * Certification in customer service or technical support.
