Based on Experience. We are seeking a talented and experienced MLTC Case Manager who is bilingual in English and Russian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote case management services to our members. The MLTC Case Manager will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that our members receive the appropriate care and support needed to maintain their health and well-being. Why join us?
