Job Description:

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, uncover new opportunities, and optimize content delivery. Your work will involve:

Applying Advanced Analysis Techniques:

Use data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data and drive business decisions.

Analyzing Client Behavior:

Examine client behavior, including viewing patterns and preferences, to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.

Forecasting Content Performance:

Use data-driven insights to predict content performance and inform procurement decisions.

Streamlining Content Launch and Episode Release:

Optimize our content launch and episode release processes to improve engagement and retention.

Testing Marketing Strategies:

Test and refine marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.

Developing New Metrics and KPIs:

Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions.

Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis Support:

Provide impromptu analysis support to partners to drive business growth.

Communicating Insights:

Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field: A strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis is essential.

At Least 2 Years of Data Analysis Experience:

Proven experience in data analysis, including data mining, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

Proficiency in SQL and Experience in R and Python:

Strong programming skills, including proficiency in SQL, R, and Python.

Experience with Statistical Analysis and AI Methods:

Familiarity with statistical analysis and AI methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.

Ability to Work Independently and Apply Imagination:

Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.

Exceptional Data Storytelling Skills:

Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations through verbal, written, and visual communication.
