- Proven Startup to Unicorn Experience: Prior experience working with unicorns or companies on that trajectory is a must. We want people who understand what it means to commit, innovate, and deliver at a high level.
- Expert-Level Flutter Skills: You’re a senior Flutter developer with a demonstrated history of building scalable, responsive, and stunning mobile interfaces.
- Microservices Mastery: A strong grasp of microservices architecture and how to create modular, scalable systems that can grow with our ambitions.
- AI & Tool Integration Expertise: Proficiency in integrating AI tools and accelerators to enhance and streamline development workflows and using Ai to write, accelerate and enhance code.
