Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, guidance, and solutions to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets - Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required - At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - Ability to type accurately at least 30 wpm - Strong computer knowledge and experience with CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download = ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms Apply for this job
