- The dietitian must be new to Nutrition that Works (not already in our database).
- Once the RD has successfully completed their first 90 days of work with Nutrition that Works, the gift card will be processed and sent to you by our accounting team
- Just email me their name, email address, and phone number and let us know that you are referring this candidate.
- Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
- Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Completing the MDS - Section K
- Calculate tube feeding
- Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Ohio Dietetic Licensure
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered mindset
- Positive, professional attitude
