Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, analyzing and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of customer service and sales excellence.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • A stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a utility or related industry.
  • A proven track record of sales success and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
