Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. - Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
- Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices
- Write testable code with the help of modern tools
- Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture
- Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
What should my qualifications be?
- 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Excellent communication skills with a minimum B2 level english
- Comfort operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles
- Track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies; experience working within Agile teams
- Comfortable writing supporting documentation
- TypeScript/Bun (migrated from Node.js), Express and Javascript (React.js )
- Database: Firestore, MongoDB
- Experience with GCP, Docker, Chrome Extension (native dom manipulation), AI integratinos, SOC-2
- Healthcare experience, HIPAA knowledge / projects ideally for U.S based companies
- Additional Technologies: Python
