The DCX Client Services - Home-BasedCloud Application Developer plays a vital role in driving innovation by combining strategy, creativity, and technology to deliver customer-focused, fit-for-purpose solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about modernizing processes and tackling complex challenges. Key responsibilities include fostering inter-departmental collaboration, developing low-code web and mobile applications, streamlining manual or repetitive tasks, integrating applications through APIs to automate processes, and creating automated reporting solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Development and Architecture:

• Be a subject matter expert but stay humble. Continue learning and exploring new technologies, tools, and services that will be necessary to architect your solutions.
• Be a Power Platform expert and explore as many other applications and automation development tools and services as you can (Office 365, Azure, Enterprise Service Bus, Google Apps/AppSheets, etc.).
• Integrate multiple disparate systems through the use of API’s, automation, and other methods.
• Learn about, explore, and implement opportunities to automate manual tasks or improve user experience.
• Challenge the status quo and encourage team members and partners in the business unit to embrace what is possible and think 'outside of the box'.
• Manage third-party applications, including third-level support, maintenance, and vendor relationships as required.

Day-to-day support:

• Triage and manage needs to custom applications, provide rapid response to issues that need same-day response.
• Engage and respond to third parties to ensure they deliver to our needs.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Experience: With 4+ years of experience in application, data analytics, or development-related work.
• 2 or more years of experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and PowerShell.
• 2 or more years of experience with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Automation Accounts and DevOps
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and agile delivery methodology.
  • Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practice.
