Customer Success Engineer, Amazon Redshift Service – Indeed Jobs US
United States Remote work from: USA Base Salary USD40-USD50 Per hour Employment Type Full-time, Part-time Description In this role, you will support Redshift engineering, product, and operations. This will include working directly with some of our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, assist pre-sales deals to onboard large scale customers, automate repetitive processes, and work closely with business and support teams. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards. You will prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps with customers, and become intimate with the architecture of our systems, while also deeply understanding customer use-cases and configurations, also help prioritizing features. You will have enthusiasm for digging deep and a flare for sharp technical communication, prioritization and organization.
