Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries via chat and email.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following company procedures.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating details and information as needed.
- Work efficiently in a remote environment with provided tools and resources.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- A friendly, problem-solving attitude and passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required—training is provided!
