About the Role

 As a Human Resources Manager at The Uwit Job, Other Experts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company success by overseeing and managing the human capital. You will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to the professional growth and satisfaction of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

 Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

 Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and managing conflict resolution.

 Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and career development.

 Policy Development: Keep abreast of HR trends and regulations to develop and update company policies, ensuring compliance and a fair working environment.

 Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to career advancement.

 Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.

 Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
